    Australian Passive Fire is proud to be appointed as the passive fire specialist by Built Construction, to deliver all fire spray works at the landmark Atlassian HQ development in Sydney – set to become one of the world’s tallest hybrid timber towers.

    This iconic project reflects the future of sustainable construction, and we’re excited to play a key role in delivering compliant and high-performance fire protection solutions throughout the build.

  • To support the refurbishment of Bondi Pavilion, Australian Passive Fire was engaged to complete full rectification works of existing heritage sealings using intumescent paint along with other passive fire works throughout the building.

Vilea, Palm Beach - QLD

  • Australian Passive Fire is currently delivering passive fire protection works at Vilea, Palm Beach for EMICON.

    Our team has been engaged to treat kitchen exhaust ductwork from the ground floor through to roof level, using Trafalgar FyreWrap systems to maintain fire compartmentation in line with NCC requirements.
